How does it work?

Each PopUp only has 10 limited slots available that are by appointment only.

45 Minute Sessions

Each session lasts 45 minutes with 10 minutes dedicated to making sure your pet is completely comfortable with the space.

Exclusive & Safe

During your booking, it is completely safe and only for you. There are no other pets allowed in the space.

Up to 2 Pets per session

Each session allows for up to two pets. Up to an additional 2 pets can also be added on request.

Quality Images

Receive up to 10 high resolution professionally retouched images of your babies.

Choose between a dark or light wood frame to print and frame one A4 high quality print per pet.

FAQs

Know before you go

Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule your PetPopUp session. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. We will do our best to find a new date and time that works for you.

Please note that rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to availability and may incur an additional rescheduling fee of R500.

Cancellations

Life is crazy, and can be unpredictable, we get that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your pet photography session. In the event of cancellation, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting bookings@pet-popup.com.

Understandably, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of R1250, which will be deducted from any deposit or prepaid fees.

What types of pets can I bring?

We are more than happy to photograph any of your loved pets. This could be dogs, cats, birds, horses, snakes, lizards etc. We only do not allow animals that are potentially dangerous, lethal, wild animals or endangered species.

What if I want to bring more than two pets?

The more the merrier as they say! We are happy to accommodate more of your pets. We have capacity per session for up to 4 pets in total. The additional cost would be R500 per additional pet over and above the original 2 pets.

My pets are not comfortable leaving the house. Do you do private shoots at home?

Yes we do indeed. Please get in touch with us at bookings@pet-popup.com to organise a private session in the safety and comfort of your home.

Do you give discounts?

If you don’t think our PopUp’s are worth the full price, We doubt a reduced price would help change your mind. Perhaps our plans are not the right fit for you. (And that’s OK!) If that is the case then we would only feel comfortable that you spend your money on another option that you feel is a better fit.

Refunds & Guarantees

Due to the unique nature and varying temperaments of our pets, we are unable to offer refunds or guarantees for our photo sessions. Understandably, each animal has its own personality and behavior, which can sometimes be unpredictable despite our best efforts to create a calm and enjoyable environment.

Our team is highly experienced in working with animals and will do everything possible to capture beautiful moments.
